A “Seasoning” is any blend of salts, herbs, sugar or spices used to enhance a dish’s flavor. Seasonings can be dry or wet, liquid seasoning includes oil, honey, citrus juice, vinegar, etc.

Samson’s Wet Seasoning System comprises of two tanks: Preparation Kettle- to prepare the seasoning, Service Kettle- to transfer the seasoning further plus a network of tubes, flowmeters, pumps (Peristaltic, Diaphragm, Centrifugal), automated valves, spraying nozzles, temperature sensors, and other components that ensure the desired coverage of seasoning on the product. We not only provide for the circulation of unneeded seasoning back to the kettles from the main line, but also the provision for warm water circulation throughout the kettles and the whole pipeline networks to maintain correct seasoning temperature and avoid deposits.
